# Occupied-bandwidth measurements These are historical engineering measurements from 27 September 2026, made against OpenJSQ source revision `444a626f`. They are not a new 1.1.0 radio test or a legal determination about where a mode may be transmitted. ## Read the measurements The [complete CSV](/docs/OCCUPIED_BANDWIDTH.csv) records the profile, bearer, FEC, nominal audio center, 99% occupied bandwidth and audio edges, together with the analysis resolution and frame count. The numbers were computed from rendered waveform samples, not measured at a radio's antenna connector. They do not include later transmitter filtering, deviation or propagation effects. `obw99_hz` is the width containing 99% of the analyzed power. `obw99_lower_hz` and `obw99_upper_hz` are its audio edges; the offset columns are relative to the nominal center. `bw26db_hz` is a different bandwidth measure and must not be substituted for `obw99_hz`. The CSV retains the original names and values, including off-ladder FSQ profiles used in the experiment. A row in the experiment does not mean that profile is offered by a current build. The JG25 specification cites this snapshot for its native profile widths. ## Use with the current documentation Read the [JG25 specification](/docs/jg25-specification.html), [FSQ specification](/docs/fsq-fast-public-spec.html), and [modem descriptions](/modems/) for supported formats and operating limits. The operator remains responsible for the radio setup, emission bandwidth, licence privileges and applicable rules; see the [licence agreement](/eula/#s5). These figures alone do not establish regulatory compliance.
